Julian is a Professor of Diabetes and Metabolic Endocrinology at the University of Bristol and The Royal Hospital for Children in Bristol. He has research interests in childhood diabetes, the management and complications of obesity, lipid disorders and metabolic health. His research is based in the Nutrition theme of the NIHR Bristol Biomedical Research Centre and he is lead for industry facing research collaboration.
